At ZenVita Chiropractic & Brain Train Center, care is structured to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and long-term resilience. Chiropractic based care begins with a consultation and intake. NeurOptimal® neurofeedback and sauna sessions may be booked independently. 

Chiropractic Consultation & Intake Exam

ZenVita Feel phase: 

Each session begins with moist heat and hands-on chiropractic care to reduce built-up tension from prolonged stress. As the body settles, the nervous system begins shifting out of guarding and into a calmer,  more restorative state.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback: 

NeurOptimal® is a non-invasive form of brain training that supports nervous system flexibility and resilience. It may be scheduled as a standalone service or integrated into a broader care plan. New standalone neurofeedback clients attend a brief screening and consent prior to their first session to ensure safety and appropriateness.

BAUD® (Bio-Acoustic-Utilization-Device)

A neuro acoustic tool that uses adjustable sound frequencies to help soften the intensity of targeted stress responses.

BAUD® session & NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback 30 min. session

A combined session that begins with targeted sound-based modulation of a specific stress pattern (BAUD), followed by non-directive NeurOptimal® neurofeedback to support overall nervous system regulation.

Sunlighten® Infrared Sauna: 

Infrared sauna supports circulation, muscle recovery, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are private and may be booked independently or integrated into care. 

Single Sessions

Sauna Packages 

- 10 | 30 minute sessions for $250

- 10 | 60 minute sessions for $500 

Sauna packages are ideal for nervous system consistency and recovery support.
