Chiropractic Care Disclosures
Chiropractic services at ZenVita Chiropractic & Brain Train Center LLC are provided by Dr. Elise Thomson DC, a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the State of Kansas. Chiropractic care involves the evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and nervous system function through chiropractic adjustment and related supportive techniques. Chiropractic adjustments may include manual or instrument-assisted procedures intended to improve joint mobility and support neuromuscular function. Common temporary responses to care may include: mild soreness, stiffness, fatigue, temporary increase in symptoms. Rare but more serious complications associated with spinal manipulation have been reported in medical literature. These events are uncommon.

Neurofeedback Disclosure
NeurOptimal® neurofeedback services offered at ZenVita Chiropractic & Brain Train Center LLC are non-invasive, computer-assisted biofeedback processes designed to support nervous system self-regulation. Neurofeedback is intended to promote adaptive brainwave regulation and overall wellness. It is not a medical psychiatric, or psychological treatment and does not replace medical care. Patients are encouraged to maintain communication their primary healthcare providers and should not discontinue prescribed medications or treatment plans without consulting their prescribing provider. Neurofeedback is generally well tolerated. Some individuals may experience temporary changes in sleep patterns, mood, or energy levels. Participation is voluntary. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. No guarantees of specific results are made or implied.
Infrared Sauna & Heat Services Disclosure
Infrared sauna and heat based services at ZenVita Chiropractic & Brain Train Center LLC are provided for relaxation and general wellness support. These services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Potential risks associated with heat exposure may include: Dehydration, dizziness, lightheadedness, increased heart rate, heat intolerance. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions prior to participation, including but not limited to cardiovascular condition, pregnancy, medication use affecting heat tolerance, or other health concerns. Participation is voluntary, and session may be discontinued at any time. No guarantee or specific results is made or implied
Voluntary Participation
All services at ZenVita Chiropractic & Brain Train Center LLC are voluntary. Patients have the right to ask question, seek clarification, and make informed decision regarding participation. Formal informed consent documstation is completed prior ot the initiation of services.
