Sometimes you don't need a longer session or a complete program. You simply need focused, hands-on care for your spine and body. 

Community Care is an accessible entry point into ZenVita Chiropractic in Overland Park, Kansas. 

Each visit combines chiropractic care with supportive therapies to prepare the body for your adjustment and create a comfortable, focused chiropractic experience. 

Your First Visit

You will receive a brief intake form to fill out, and we will go over it together to make sure chiropractic care is appropriate.

Community Care Includes:

Moist Heat

Your visit begins with therapeutic moist heat, giving your body time to warm up and settle before hands-on care. 

Percussive Massage

Percussive massage may be used to address areas of muscular tension and prepare the body for your adjustment. 

Chiropractic Adjustment

The adjustment is at the heart of every community care visit. Your care is individualized based on how you're presenting and what is appropriate for you that day.  Adjustments are conducted manually or with assisted tools. 

Additional Therapies When Clinically Appropriate

Depending on your needs, therapeutic ultrasound or electrical stimulation may also be incorporated when clinically appropriate. 

Cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue work (scraping) are available as optional add-ons.

A Simple Place to Start

You don't have to understand everything ZenVita offers before you begin. Community Care is an easy way to experience ZenVita through focused chiropractic care while getting to know a practice built around the connection between the brain, body and nervous system. 

For some people, Community Care is exactly what they need. Others may eventually choose to explore NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback, the ZenVita Healing Arc™️,  Student Athlete Recovery or one of our longer-term programs. 

There is no requirement to do more. Start with the care that makes sense for you.
